For assistance or information regarding skilled home health authorizations, program inquiries and feedback, training requests, language assistance, and general questions, please contact the tango team.
For all requests related to new or concurring skilled home health treatment authorizations for services as of March 1, 2026:
WellSky PAC Advance provider portal
Use the provider portal to access WellSky’s utilization management system to:
- Start an authorization
- Review status of an existing authorization
- Upload clinical documentation to an existing authorization
Michigan providers: Access the WellSky PAC Advance portal through Blue Cross and BCN’s provider portal (availity.com).
If you have direct access to the WellSky provider portal, sign in to the WellSky PAC Advance portal

For providers not using the portal, new authorization requests, clinical documentation and NOMNC submissions can be sent via fax to the WellSky PAC Advance team:
