SNF authorizations provided by WellSky®
Zing Health has contracted with WellSky to deliver a comprehensive member care management program for Zing Health members. This program includes emergency department (ED) optimization, post-acute care (PAC) episode management, and readmission prevention. The readmission prevention program focuses on reducing hospital readmissions by ensuring members receive appropriate post-discharge care, follow-up services, and support to address their health needs effectively.
WellSky will perform prior authorizations for skilled nursing facility requests.
Note: The prior authorization request will originate from the acute care setting unless it is a community referral.
